We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Cleetus McFarland gear, so if your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund or a size swap.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging and ensure all tags are attached before securely sealing the shipping bag or box.

  Print and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
